There is much that can be done to reduce the long-term impact your home has on the environment. Close attention to options such as quality double glazing, careful shading of all windows, passive solar home design and air tightness for comfortable and responsible house construction and living.

We are also determined to reduce waste and recycle resources as much as possible during the build process.

Relax, you’re in good hands. We have a well-tested process, and transparency is our mantra. There is much to be done even before a shovel goes into the ground.

An overview of our process:

Let’s talk: we need to determine big picture project viability; what are your ideas and can you afford them?
Design support: we can review your plan and offer advice or jointly develop a house design.
Cost estimate: we have an open book policy to cost estimates; review and adjust accordingly.
Draw up the contract: Fixed contract or cost plus to suit you.
The build: you are a part of this process, too. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Follow up: we want you to love your home so our follow up procedures are thorough.
